Getting Started

JohnsonKreis Construction is happy to have started on the new facility for 12th Street Baptist Church in Rainbow City, AL. We've completed the first week of demolition, which includes removal of some of the interior walls, ceilings, heating and air duct work and exterior steel awning.

I would like to thank Building Committee Members, Palmer Rowe and Sonny Taylor for their help in acclimating me to the Gadsden / Rainbow City area. A special thanks to Palmer for his tour of the city and for introducing me to Tony's Restaurant. The breakfast biscuits were a big hit with the guys at our weekly Sharing on Friday.

We anticipate demolition will take 4 - 6 weeks. I will try to keep everyone updated weekly on our progress and include pictures.
